Nick is very courteous, punctual, and professional. Hired him to do a vent cleaning, and later to do a new vent install. Both were done at a reasonable price and with precision! Highly recommend.

Nick may be the best home service provider I've ever had (after 40 years of homeownership).
Last month, we had an unnamed company come out to clean our dryer vents (they had done work in our neighborhood). Our dryer is by the front of the house, but the vent is in the back. They couldn’t diagnose why no air was flowing and had never seen a booster fan before (used with long pipes). They gave up without cleaning.
My former next door neighbor, had a similar issue and called Precision, and he highly recommended. Nick, the sole proprietor and owner came out and found the issues with our vent right away. He first determined that the booster fan was working fine, but in two places, the long vent pipes were broken so air and lint didn’t go through to the outside. He rescheduled to come back and fix.
To fix, he had to cut two holes in the ceiling so he could access and replace the broken pipes. He pulled out a half trash can worth of lint that was stuck in the ceiling. Complicated, but he’d done it many times before. He finished by covering the ceiling holes with panels that blended perfectly. When he was done, he cleaned up and I didn’t see a spec of dust. He charged about half what I expected for an hour and 45 minutes of work. Vent works perfectly now. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Further note: he came out exactly when he said he would.

Nick is amazing. I was shocked at how much lint came out of my vents. It was money well spent! I will have Nick return to do this on a regular basis for as long as I own my home.

It was important to me to find a local person to take care of our dryer vent. Many people told us "just do it yourself" but for many reasons, we didn't feel that was a good idea. My brand new dryer messaged me that I needed a dryer vent cleaning. I called various vendors and asked how they would proceed to clean the vent. Precision was the only one that acknowledged the need for cleaning both ends: the one attached to the dryer and the outlet on the roof. When Nick came to the house he explained again the procedure, his equipment, and what I could expect the outcome to be. I took pictures at each stage of his work. I can attest that he did everything he said he would do. The amount of compressed, and in some cases, rusty, lint that he removed was staggering. It was clearly a fire ready to happen. I not only still have the pictures to prove his work but I sent them to each of my adult seven children to urge them to get their dryer vents cleaned and with the process that Nick employed.
